Deepsy support does NOT sell or ship any products. If you have any questions related to products (e.g. will this work in your country, how to use it…) or delivery (e.g. do you deliver to my country, how do you pack the goods, what about the tracking number…) MUST be directed to vendors. You can find a “Send message” on their page or compose a new message from your Dashboard.
Deepsy support only provide post-purchase support if your deal went wrong, you are unsatisfied with the product quality or whatever else. Please read through this Support page very carefully before contacting support and check vendor’s description. Perhaps, your questions are already answered there. This will significantly decrease the answer waiting time and it’s quality. Remember to respect both your and our time.
Our platform is designed to be autonomous. It means that in most cases the client can handle the issues by himself through the dashboard (for instance, contact vendor or cancel the deal and refund automatically). Please don’t be lazy and use your Dashboard efficiently.
